HR manager

HR Manager responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Shwe Sa Bwe for the recruitment of students and employees

  2. Being in between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  3. Acting as a guidance councillor for the students and employees at shwe sa bwe 

  4. Managing the recruitment and selection process

  5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of students & employees

  6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

  7. Nurture a positive working environment

  8. Implementing monhtly team building activities

  9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance & motivation

  10. Maintain pay plan and benefits program

  11. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  12. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  13. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


  15. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

  16. People oriented and results driven

  17. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
